The AI Ops Review is 45 minutes of questions about how your business actually runs: where enquiries come in, how follow-up happens, what gets dropped, and what you are spending time on that a system could handle. You get a written plan: 3 to 7 practical fixes, what each takes, and the hours it hands back every week. It costs £750. If we cannot find you at least 5 hours a week, you do not pay, and the fee comes off any build within 60 days.

On the call. We map the two or three workflows causing the most friction right now: missed calls, slow follow-up, manual admin, documents that take too long to move. No prep needed, no data handover.
After the call. The written plan arrives: what is worth automating, what it takes, and what is not worth doing at all. Build with us inside 60 days and the £750 comes off the bill. Take the plan and run it yourself and it was £750 well spent either way.
If it is not the right time. We say so on the call. No pressure sequence, no proposal theatre.
