Legal - Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this website, and the basis on which Assist IQ provides its services. Service engagements are always governed by a separate written agreement.
Review before relying
This document is a working draft prepared for Assist IQ and has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor. It reflects how we intend to operate, but it should be professionally reviewed before anyone relies on it. Last updated 16 July 2026.
1. Who you are dealing with
Assist IQ is a trading name of PCMG Consulting Services Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC852814) with its registered office at 5 St Murdochs Crescent, Arbroath, Angus, DD11 5DA. Contact: hello@assistiq.co.uk. By using this website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is for
The content on this site is general information about our services and about AI automation for small businesses. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and you should not rely on it as such. Case studies describe real work, honestly told; results depend on the specifics of each business, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of outcomes.
3. Services and engagements
Every paid engagement, including the AI Ops Review, the Managed Service and any bespoke build, is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, data handling and responsibilities. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins. The AI Ops Review guarantee described on this site applies as stated at the time of booking and is confirmed in writing with your booking.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, design and graphics, is owned by PCMG Consulting Services Ltd or its licensors. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it to pass off as your own, republish it wholesale, or use our trade names in a way that suggests endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website: no attempting to breach security, no probing or overloading the infrastructure, no using the site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.
6. Third-party links
Where this site links to other websites, including the competitors we name in our comparison content, those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this website, and our liability in connection with any service engagement is as set out in the written agreement governing that engagement.
8. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this website.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
