Around 60% of people in Scotland do not have a will. Not because they do not care: access is poor, the subject is one people avoid, and everyone knows they should but never gets round to it. ScottishWill was built to change that. The technology comes into your living room, and the whole thing gets handled from the comfort of home.
Here is the nuance that matters most. No AI ever writes the legal document. The document engine produces it precisely, the same way every time. Everything around it is carried by the systems we built: a guided journey that gathers exactly what is needed, and automations that carry out each client’s wishes without the manual load. Judgment stays with a person. The pile goes to the machines.
The result is a high-end product at a very reasonable price, and a business where one person carries the admin of four. Without the processes and pricing this makes possible, the business simply would not be viable. That is the standard we build to, because we live on it.

Case study 02 · Oil and gas well interventionPaper-based operations, made compliance-grade
HALO Intervention Services works in oil and gas well intervention, an industry where the operational record is the product as much as the work itself, and where that record had always lived on paper.
We designed HALO’s processes around AI automation and augmentation: electronic software replacing the old paper method, so man-hours drop and work gets completed properly, with the record produced as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards. More efficiency on the job, better compliance behind it.
The entire ISO 9001 management system was generated on the same automation principles. That is the part worth reading twice: compliance-grade operations with automation baked in from the start, not bolted on after an audit found the gaps.

Case study 03 · PropertyA property business that does its own paperwork
Being a landlord across multiple properties is paper-heavy and time-heavy: insurance renewals, gas safety certificates, expense records, and a dozen small deadlines that carry big consequences when missed.
We built PCMG Property a fully automated system for expense management and zero-touch compliance. Insurance gets chased. Gas certificates get chased. Records get filed. Nothing waits on someone remembering, because remembering is exactly the kind of work machines should be doing.
People say property is passive income. It only actually is once everything is automated and systemised. That is what this build proves, and it is why the compliance patterns in it now shape what we offer every client with deadlines they cannot afford to miss.

- No unsourced numbers. Every figure on this page is one we can stand behind. When client numbers are confirmed and cleared for publication, they will appear here, and not a day before.
- No borrowed logos. No client is named on this site until they are onboarded and have agreed to be. The work we cannot show yet stays off the page, however good the story is.
- No invented quotes. Testimonials will be real people’s words or nothing. Ask us for references and we will tell you honestly what conversations we can and cannot arrange.
