This policy explains how Assist IQ uses cookies and similar browser technologies. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where they are essential to provide or secure the site. Analytics, advertising and other non-essential technologies must remain off until the visitor has made a valid choice. This draft must be reviewed against the live site before reliance.

At the date of this draft, the repository does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting infrastructure may still create strictly necessary security or delivery records. This statement must be verified on the deployed domain.

Consent and control.
Where non-essential technologies are enabled, the site must present a clear choice before they run. Accept and reject options should be equally accessible, optional categories should be off by default, and a visitor should be able to change or withdraw the choice later.
You can also block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may affect a function you ask the site to provide. Browser controls do not replace the site's obligation to obtain consent where required.

Third-party services.
Embedded booking tools, forms, video, maps or social content may be provided by third parties and can set their own technologies. The final production implementation should prevent a non-essential embed from loading before consent and list the provider, purpose and duration here.
If analytics is added, this policy must identify the product, its cookies, retention settings, IP handling and any cross-border processing. The privacy policy explains the wider handling of personal information.
